This church building was built by its members and completed back in 1991, in a small community in Leavenworth county.

The Basehor church of Christ is a family made up of Christians who come from various backgrounds, who care for each other and come together to learn about Jesus and to worship God.

We are a Bible-based, nondenominational church, and our whole heart is focused on fulfilling Christ’s mission to the world – seeking and saving the lost, spreading the love of God and the Good News of Jesus Christ by serving our community.

As a 21st century church that is built according to the blueprints of Christ’s original church of the first century, we live and worship just as the Christians of the first century did. New Testament Christianity is a wonderful basis upon which all believers in Christ can come together, which is absolutely solid ground. If we do just what our Lord commanded, we know that our salvation is certain.
